## Description

The Trust were looking to procure a Virtual Asset Management service to assist with the Software Asset Management\. The VAM service will assist the Trust to reduce software costs, deliver better control of the software estate, drive efficiencies and mitigate risk\. The Trust ran the tender via the G-Cloud 12 framework, conducting a search for suppliers prior to issue of ITT\.
