## Description

The objective of this support is to enable each site, at the conclusion of Phase 1, to return to NHS England: 1\. A set of deeply ambitious and innovative plans for each site, consistent with set goals and including: \(i\) a developed statement of vision and intent for health in each of the new towns sites, \(ii\) an agreed implementation plan for Phase 2; and 2\. A return to NHS England detailing the technical support required in order to deliver the implementation plan\.
