NHS Merton and Wandsworth CCG Single Care Service Agreement

Provision of a bespoke care package primarily involving specialist nursing care for a complex client within the home environment setting. The service will ensure ongoing 24/7 care on a 4:1 ratio to meet the assessed personal, emotional, psychological and nursing needs, whilst adhering to high levels of safe manual handling. The service will include the use of approved control and restraint techniques to protect and safeguard the client and others at all times. The contract is being awarded to meet an urgent social and clinical need to a provider being assessed by the contracting authority as the only capable provider able to meet the specified requirements at this time in order to secure a scarce skills mix team for a sufficient care duration.
