Cesspit for Toplands Toilets

Hampshire County Council required works to be undertaken that ensured that the site is safe and convenient to use. The works deemed necessary to achieve must include, but may not be limited to the following: Install 20, 000 litre cesspit with associated plumbing and electric to connect to new, existing toilet block
