Data Modernisation Business Case Development

The Supplier will develop all 5 HM Treasury Green Book cases for the Data Modernisation Business Case, from Strategic Outline Business Case through to Outline Business Case.

In order to deliver this requirement, it will be necessary for the supplier to engage with stakeholders across DWP Data and Analytics to develop the case, and to action feedback in a timely manner from both the team and external stakeholders during development and approvals pathway. The supplier will also support the development of all business case governance materials and wider engagement slides (e.g., programme board) as needed
