Description

Provision of an Electronic Document Management System Additional information: Further Competition via LPP DDS Framework Solution 6 EDRMS. Contract includes 3 x 12 month extension options ie to 25 March 2035. Provision is reserved to extend this period further should this be necessary to support the Service Transfer / Exit Plan. The procurement included scope to scale the deployment to other NHS / NHS Trusts within the Lincolnshire ICS as a reserved option during the life of the contract. The Total Awarded Value indicated makes provision for this scaling option. All values stated exclude VAT.
