Provision of Digital Skills Community Services in Oman

The Foreign Commonwealth, and Development Office ("the Authority") invites Quotes from suitably qualified suppliers ("Potential Suppliers") to project manage and deliver the 'Digital Skills' workstrand of the UK-Oman Digital Hub programme.

The workstrand comprises a number of linked but separate projects designed to increase Omani cyber resilience, develop the domestic workforce, and equip Omanis with the skills and motivation to pursue a career in cyber security.

The objectives of this procurement are to:

Equip Omanis with the specialist and technical skills needed to find employment in the cyber security, or related, sector;

Contribute to developing national-level Cyber resilience in Oman through skills and awareness;

Highlight opportunities in pursuing a career in cyber security, or related, sectors; and

Demonstrate and leverage UK leadership and expertise in cyber security and identify further opportunities for the UK-Oman partnership
