Description
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) require a supplier to design and build a modular cabin unit for essential welfare facilities and site office functions. \r \r An existing building requires replacement as it has been declared end of life. A one-off requirement has been identified for procurement of a replacement unit. The unit must be a one storey, Part L compliant, modular building. The procurement also includes transport, delivery to site and the lift and manoeuvring into position.\r \r The unit is to include an office room, a server / ICT room, a canteen room with a kitchen area, a combined changing room / drying room, an accessible WC, and a shower room with WC. The replacement office must fit the existing footprint, disabled accessibility ramp and be compatible with the position of existing services.\r \r The Successful Bidder will be required to ensure the works are completed by June 2024, exact date to be confirmed on contract award.
