EARLY MARKET ENGAGEMENT The Authority is conducting early market engagement around the the provision of 24/7, 365 days a year support to Kent Police for callers in crisis that may not need a police response\. As part of the pre-market engagement, the Authority is inviting feedback/views from interested economic operators\. Please register on the Authority's e-tendering portal and complete and return the pre-market engagement document via Bravo Solution\. Please submit responses by 20th April 2018 at 16:00hrs\. Please note this early market engagement is an information gathering exercise only\. This early market engagement exercise will not influence the selection of bidders but this process aims to engage with economic operators to assess market interest, particularly around the proposed options\. The Commissioner encourages open, fair and transparent procurement and omission from any part of the market engagement shall not be taken into account and any subsequent bidder selection or tender evaluation process\.
