Work description
A full booking service provision for rail travel, to be used by the BBC and commercial subsidiaries. Includes an online booking system for the use of BBC staff, freelancers and guests, and provision of a call centre to take offline bookings and handle queries, plus ticket printing facilities in key BBC sites.
