A66 Northern Trans-Pennine Project (NTP) - Structural Pre-Cast Concrete - Decks and Copings The A66 Northern Trans-Pennine Project (NTP) Enterprise Partners (Kier, Balfour Beatty & Keltbray) are looking to engage a pre-cast concrete manufacturer(s) to design and supply precast concrete bridge decks, bridge copings and bridge parapets for the project. Scope of Works: The manufacturer will work with the A66 NTP Enterprise to deliver structural pre-cast concrete inline with National Highways' objectives (Assurance of Supply, Quality, Regulatory, Ethical & Environmental, Service and Innovation). Supplier Selection Methods: We will use the Build UK Common Assessment Criteria (CAS) to ensure a consistent minimum business competence.
