Mortuary Services - Body Storage

STAR Procurement in conjunction with Stockport Borough Council on behalf of the Coronial District of Greater Manchester South are inviting tenders for the delivery of mortuary provision in relation to Stockport community deaths to the coronial district of Greater Manchester South. It does not constitute any guarantee that Stockport Council will award a contract for such services, and nothing shall bind the Council to accept the lowest or any tender. The coronial district of Greater Manchester South, covers the three boroughs of Stockport, Trafford and Tameside. Stockport Council currently coordinates the resources to deliver the service on behalf of the three authorities. It is expected that the service will be delivered to the coronial district of Greater Manchester South, although the contract will be with Stockport Council as the lead authority.
