Call off from project_21934 Lot 1. Direct award to remaining supplier on Lot 1 of Framework. This allows our staff to develop and maintain the appropriate skills and knowledge to be effective and competent, ensuring that we have a pool of strategic, tactical and operational incident response staff to cover a range of incident roles.
