The successful Contractor will be required to act as Principal Contractor for the scheme in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. The successful contractor will be required to enter into a Contract with Derbyshire County Council as required and as specified by the Surfacing Framework Contract and all supporting documents.
