Licensing: Infrastructure: • Enterprise License including 2 pipelines with a production & non production environment in each pipeline\. • 1 additional non production environment pipeline\. 1 shared development environment Users: • 8300 internal users \(Additional user packs available in packs of 100 priced per pack\) • 10,000 External users \(additional users packs available in packs of 1,000 priced per pack\) Other: • Unlimited application objects to support unlimited develop-ment i\.e\. cost to customer does not increase as more appli-cation are developed High availability: • Additional front-ends in separate and isolated availability zones\. Database Replication: • Production database instance has a "standby" replica in a different availability zone, which automatically fails over to the up-to-date standby\. Support: • 24x7 support \(Urgent and High tickets\)\. • Monday to Friday business hours \(Normal and Low tickets\)
