## Description

NHS England is completing a quotes exercise for the provision of an external learning and facilitation partner\(s\) to explore and offer solutions on how best to address barriers faced in Embedding the Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise Sector \(VCSE\) in Integrated Care Systems\.
