St\. Helens Borough Council is seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Security & Marshalling companies to support the authority in a range of events and projects to be established over the coming months\. St Helens Borough Council is looking to enter into a contractual call off agreement for a period of three years with a specialist company who can provide the range of services outlined in the detailed specification\.
