Provision of End User Compute Services

The Authority is seeking an end user compute service to provide:

•Input to technical refresh initiatives (Win10, Teams, Office365) •Assist with the roll-out of new equipment and devices •Packaging and distributing applications to staff. •Support and Maintenance of Legacy Desktop Applications •Ownership and management of security remediation and vulnerability across client and EUC Server platforms •Provide Technical direction in the 3rd Line EUC space to support the current team and project initiatives. •Provide rota'd onsite support.
