UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) have purchased Oracle Advanced Customer Support (ACS). The ACS agreement is tailored to UKRI specific requirements. ACS is not a "one fits all" solution but gives UKRI a collaborative end-to-end service from a provider that is expert in UKRI system configuration, priorities and timescales.
This contract has been awarded via a Single Source Action in line with Public Contracts Regulations (2015) regulation (32)(5)(b).
