The provision of an 'enterprise class' high capacity, high quality IT network infrastructure within the newly redeveloped Stephenson Building is a fundamental aspect of the success and development of this key space. Therefore, the deployment of an interim network solution for new Stephenson Building is required until the wider campus network replacement solution has been procured and that new network is ready to be deployed in the new Stephenson Building. Competition as be explored via the HE Networking - Supply and Services Framework Agreement (HENSS) Lot 2 - Small to Medium Networking Projects - Up to £1,000,000 in value, which enabled us to appoint a suitable value add reseller to provide our specific requirements.
