As part of the next stage of the review of market arrangements \(REMA\), Ofgem has been tasked by DESNZ to look into what are the implications of moving from a national to a locational wholesale price in GB on: \* Levels of liquidity \* Risk of market power Ofgem requires support from a supplier to deliver an assessment of wholesale market design interactions with market power and liquidity, in the context of the development of reform options, for GB\.
