ASRA the construction delivery subsidiary company of Paragon ASRA Housing Limited is approaching the market with an opportunity to re-develop a site located on Westmead Road, Sutton\. The Project aims to deliver a 4-storey \(ground floor to third floor\) development consisting of 35 apartments\. The Client aims to regenerate the site to provide a pleasant living environment for both new and existing residents\. The Project has achieved planning permission and aims to deliver 35 units of which 15 are one-bedroom, 15 are two-bedroom, and 5 are three-bedroom units\. The scheme consists of 1 block with associated services, landscaping, cycle storage and car parking areas\. The Project will deliver a play space as well as planting and hard landscaping\.
