## Description

The Authority has awarded a contract for the provision of Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy Services for a number of projects during financial year 2016-2017\. The contract has been let as a call-off contract under the South West Consultancy Framework managed by Torbay Council\. The contract has been let for assistance on initial mechanical and electrical \(M&E\) projects, ad hoc advice to the Estates Department members and also assistance on combined projects which include M&E requirements\. The contract is awarded for works commenced in FY1617 but which may not complete until during FY1718\. No new project work will be issued to the Consultant during FY1718\. The contract is awarded under the terms of the JCT Consultancy Agreement \(Public Sector\) 2011\.
