Swindon Borough Council (the Authority) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to deliver a contractor agreement which will be used for the collection of road traffic debts (parking/bus lane fines) arising from the enforcement of parking/bus lane restrictions and the service of documents and any such other debts as and when the authority requires.The estimated value of the contract over the 4 year term (which may be extended yearly to a maximum of 10 years based on the authority's existing levels of notices of £1,439,300 (estimated) and a ten year potential value of £3,598,250. In view of the revenue payable to the Authority over the course of the 4 years / 10 years and the factors which can affect this the total estimated value of the contract has been set at £8,000,000
