GB-Thaxted: Shortlisting for Residential property demolition & construction, Thaxted

Uttlesford District Council own the site on which currently two semi-detached bungalows are situated. The planned works for the scheme are for the demolition of existing properties and the construction of a new 2-bedroom, 3 person adapted bungalow. The scheme is being constructed for an identified incoming tenant and incorporates the recommendations of an Occupational Therapist. This is stage one of the process to enable the Council to establish a shortlist of contractors for this process.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
