Bromley Public Website Redesign & Upgrade

Bromley Council's Public Website (www.bromley.gov.uk) requires a number of improvements that can be made to enhance the customer experience and support the Council's digital strategy. Within this recommendation report, consideration has also been given to customer behavioural changes seen as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and how the website can improve in providing effective and robust support for vulnerable customers.
