## Description

Sheffield City Council, \(SCC\), is currently looking to carry out a Soft Market Test \(SMT\) in relation to provision of Tipping and Waste Facilities\. The council has a requirement outside of the Domestic Waste arrangements to dispose of a number of different waste streams\. These include but are not limited to the following: • Mixed construction and domestic type waste • Hazardous waste \(including asbestos and WEEE\) • Fly tipped waste • White and brown goods and small electricals • Green Waste • Copper and other metals
