This Notice is a CALL FOR COMPETITION to select supplier(s) for the award of contract(s) to design, implement and deliver the Technical Qualification component for each of the first three T Levels of the UK Government's Wave 1 - T Level programme. T Levels are a new classroom-based technical study programme forming part of the UK Government's Post-16 Skills Plan. They will be available to young people alongside apprenticeships as one half of a high quality technical education offer. T Levels will be primarily studied at an education or training provider. Students will study a broad occupational area before specialising, and will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills on a substantial industry placement. This procurement is divided into three Lots, with each Lot representing the Technical Qualification component of a T Level. See the Information about Lots and the procurement documents for further details of the contracts(s) and services to be delivered Additional information: For the purposes of publication of this notice electronically in OJEU this was shown as a Restricted Procedure BUT the following was added to the notice sent to OJEU and overrides this.This procurement is being conducted under Directive 2014/23/EU and the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 (Directive and Regulations respectively). As the services which are the subject of the procurement fall within Annex IV of the Directive and Schedule 3 of the Regulations, the Procurement is subject to lighter regulation in accordance with Article 19 and Regulation 19. Accordingly, whilst the Authority intends to conduct this procurement as a form of OPEN procedure, it shall only be bound by those obligations referred to in Article 19 and Regulation 19. The procurement is being managed through the DfE e-Tendering portal which can be accessed at https://education.bravosolution.co.uk. All documents will only be available through the e-Tendering portal and once organisations have registered they will be able to access the documents and complete appropriate responses by intially expressing an interest in the ITTs found in the ITTs Open to all Suppliers part of the Portal. Please note that this is the only means of communication with the department for this procurement and the only means for organisations to publish bids
