## Description

Provision of validations and corrections of 7,000 records of waiting list on the Referral to Treatment \(RTT\) and Patient Tracking List \(PTL\), to provide clean and assured data cohorts for onward scheduling and management by operations in the new EPR\. Additional information: A direct award has been chosen using the London Procurement Partnership \(LPP\), Clinical Digital Health Solutions \(CDHS\) for the Integrated Health Economy Framework based upon previous work done with the provider\.
