London Borough of Newham has requirements for the delivery of social care support for dementia memory support services in Newham through the commissioning of a Community-based Memory Service, consisting of four strands - A Community based Dementia Adviser, hosting of regular 'Memory Cafés', Singing for the Brain \(SftB\) and Young Onset Dementia Activity \(YODA\) services\.
