Description
Stoke-on-Trent City Council wishes to commission an organisation for 12-months, to work within our Family Hubs and outreach venues to support teenagers. The purpose is to offer peer support to young people and teenagers who are navigating challenges such as peer pressure, mental health and family dynamics through the provision of specialised groups. These groups will have a specific focus on coping with school stress, building healthy relationships, managing emotions and making positive life choices.
