STEP Ukraine Programme Evaluation & MHCLG Evaluation Services

Description

The Supplier will initially deliver an evaluation of the STEP Ukraine Programme. The overall aims of the evaluation are to evaluate how effective the STEP Ukraine programme was in achieving its objectives and the impact of STEP Ukraine on learner's employment and English language literacy. The evaluation will be split into two phases. Phase one will be conducted in the FY 2024/25. This project may be extended to conduct additional longitudinal analysis of employment outcomes, but this is contingent on securing the appropriate data. The Contract includes scope for the Supplier to deliver further evaluation and research beyond the STEP Ukraine Programme evaluation. Any additional requests for further evaluation and research will be discussed and agreed with the Supplier on a case-by-case basis.
