## Description

The Contractor to design and deliver the following Works: • Where required remove and refit existing door access / security control systems and fire alarm fail safe relays to facilitate the door repair and replacement work\. • Remedial work to the walls, floors, and duct apertures around the building to maintain the fire compartmentation measure\. • Replace or repair existing fire door sets using materials installed in accordance with manufacturer instructions to achieve the minimum specified fire rating and operational performance\. • Install dampers to the ventilation system were specified\. • Ensure all work is certified to meet the requisite fire performance standard\. • Provide completion report to include fire rating certification with photographs for the work carried out\.
