Asset Valuations

Description

A contract has been awarded following a call off without re-opening competition under ESPO 2700-22 Estate Management Professional Services. Lot 1.1A Fixed Asset Valuation (East Midlands). The contract is for the provision of Asset Valuations required for the Financial Accounts for 2025/26 and 2026/27. There is an option to extend the contract annually for the Asset Valuations required for the 2027/28, 2028/29 and 2029/30 Financial Accounts subject to business needs. The contract value is estimated, is excluding VAT, includes the options to extend, and is subject to indexation.
