Lightning Protection System Test, Inspection and Maintenance

Description

Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a single supplier to provide lightning protection test, inspection and maintenance of a portfolio of properties situated on and near the Fylde Coast, which have varying degrees of protection currently installed. Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a Contractor/s who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous bid. It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 1 August 2019 to 31 July 2022, with the option to extend incrementally for a period of 1 year + 1 year (subject to contract review and budget availability). If a visit to any site is required as part as the quotation exercise then contact may be made to arrange access to any sites.
