## Description

A shared lives scheme can offer both long term and short term placements for vulnerable adults\. The accommodation is provided alongside the care and support by individuals or families in their own home and as part of the local community\. Cornwall Council require a supplier to recruit, assess, train and manage the carers to ensure that all care and support meets the needs of the people accessing the service\.
