Data Backup and Recovery

ARU are seeking provision to replace their aging backup system. Currently the solution is a managed contract managed by a third party, we own the hardware and the responsibility of restoration and backups is the third party. This has worked well for the past 6-7 years and the hardware is due a refresh. The refresh of Hardware is to be included in the responses. ARU looked for response to propose the best and most appropriate solution for ARU and reserved the right to appoint the most appropriate Lot outcome for ARU: T20.29b Lot 2 Managed back up service
