Description

1. Install all necessary communication hardware components in residents' homes (install wireless M-Bus modules to existing in dwelling heat meters) and communal areas (GSM Data Collector / logger which receives data wirelessly from the M-Bus modules and then sends the data to Camdens SFTP folders). 2. Have a data service agreement with the same heat metering contractor for 5 years who will manage the process of extracting the data, changing the format of the data so its readable to Camden Council, and then sending the data at a daily interval to Camden Council's servers.
