The creation of destination themed itineraries for Carlisle City, Coast and Lakes to enable attract and disperse within the County, deliver the actions of destination management plan through Local Visitor Economy Partnership \(Cumbria Tourism\) and attract interest from travel trade, consumer markets and encourage media visits\.
