## Description

This project consists of roof re-felting works include all necessary edge protection, scaffold access towers, hoistage, welfare and storage, supply and installation of new torch on felt system and insulation, new fascias and rainwater goods to one roof area of approximately 220m2\. Works will take place at a single primary school, prior to the end of calendar year 2023\.
