North Northamptonshire Council will potentially seek to run a procurement process for the complete refurbishment of two properties in Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire\. Fire damage was sustained to 2no\. bungalows \(No\.17&18\) Hawthorne Close in 2022\. Extensive damage was caused to the properties and they require structural/asbestos surveys and full refurbishment\. The purpose of this notice is to provide information of a possible upcoming opportunity and if this procurement was to progress it is likely to commence later this year\.
