The Authority is seeking to procure the services of 1 supplier only, to draft detailed technical specifications on the Authority's behalf, and also to perform tasks pursuant to the Authority's statutory obligations to leaseholders, so as to enable the Authority to procure and instruct a programme of cyclical/planned works to the Authority's residential dwellings at a future date.
