## Description

The Luton Borough Council are seeking a suitable provider for the provision of cashless Parking Payment System \.The contract will be for an initial 3 years with option to extend three times for additional 12 months each extension \(3\+1\+1\+1\)\. the Luton Borough Council already have the pay & display machine infrastructure in place\. What we are seeking is a solution which will compliment that and allow service users to pay for their parking
