Vegan Market Operator Concession Contract

Worcester City Council is looking to procure a market operator, under a concessionary contract, to provide annual vegan markets in Worcester city centre. • 2023 - x2 events (80 stalls annual total) • 2024 - x4 events (160 stalls annual total) • With an option to extend for a further year to 2025 - x 4 events (160 stalls annual total)

N.B. The number of stalls specified above is desirable and will be subject to review both before and after each event. The Council are using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.

To gain access to the procurement documents, contractors will need to register their company details at the above website (there is no charge for this). Once registered, contractors will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Contractors will need to search for the invitation under Worcester City Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
