UKEF Financial Reporting Changes Phases 3 and 4

The Secretary of State for the Department for International Trade (DIT) on behalf of The Department for UK Export Finance (UKEF) (the "Customer"), has a requirement for Financial Reporting Changes - phases 3&4.

The full specification is provided with the contract document, but in summary the requirement is for the provision of an experienced Delivery Partner with a broad range of capabilities and experience to assist with a project to ensure compliance with two financial standards IFRS 9 and IFRS 17 (collectively referred to as the Standards). The Delivery Partner will design a programme to help the Customer implement the Standards and then assist the Customer in implementing the programme (the Programme).

The contract shall be for a period of 3 years, with the contractual option(s) to extend by a further 12 months. The requirement has an estimated total value of £8.5m (ex-VAT). Total estimated Year 1 fees will be £5.6m.
