## Description

The Secretary of State for the Department for International Trade \(DIT\) on behalf of The Department for UK Export Finance \(UKEF\) \(the "Customer"\), has a requirement for Financial Reporting Changes - phases 3&4\. The full specification is provided with the contract document, but in summary the requirement is for the provision of an experienced Delivery Partner with a broad range of capabilities and experience to assist with a project to ensure compliance with two financial standards IFRS 9 and IFRS 17 \(collectively referred to as the Standards\)\. The Delivery Partner will design a programme to help the Customer implement the Standards and then assist the Customer in implementing the programme \(the Programme\)\. The contract shall be for a period of 3 years, with the contractual option\(s\) to extend by a further 12 months\. The requirement has an estimated total value of £8\.5m \(ex-VAT\)\. Total estimated Year 1 fees will be £5\.6m\.
