Work description
The Council is running a tender process on behalf of the North East Combined Authority (NECA) as they have a requirement to establish a Ranked Framework Agreement to deliver Independent Review and Assurance of Transport Business Cases for Local Major Transport Schemes.
In order to meet this requirement, the Council on behalf of NECA are inviting expressions of interest from eligible suppliers able to deliver these services
