The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this further competition for the supply, delivery and installation of a Liquid Scintillation Counter\. We seek a high accuracy, high capacity instrument for liquid scintillation counting to determine carbon-14 activity within samples\. The counter will be used for the project "Realizing Increased Photosynthetic Efficiency"\.
