The VED reform project maintains the continuity of services from the technology and vendor neutral independent resource provider, CDG to assist in proving the enterprise digital strategy and independently assessing and qualifying the DVLA chosen technology choices, tools and service patterns that form part of the VED reform target architecture and future DVLA ICT estate\.
