1-980 Local Area Road Network (LARN) Delay from SRN Impacts Understanding Value

Highways England is looking to engage technical personnel with experience of carrying out to analysis of traffic data and business processes to assess the value of a traffic data metric (i.e. people, and processes) for performance metrics in preparation of the Road Investment Strategies starting in 2025 (RIS3). This is the first stage in the development of the metric which will be followed with feasibility and delivery work.
